|Rescue Me ID: 14-08-28-00373Milo - IN TRAINING (male)|
My name is Milo and I'm a 1 year old Chihuahua / Spitz mix weighting in at 33 lbs. I am always on the go and would enjoy exercise, training and playing with you. I love to be petted and touched so you can pet me anytime you would like. I enjoy meeting all sorts of people and I am ready to find my forever family. I am full grown and hopefully I can lose a few pounds when I start my training at the RPSM Correctional Companion Program on August 29th. I will be learning all my basic commands and maybe some cute tricks. My adopter will receive an operator's manual so we can continue to enjoy and practice the great training I'm receiving. Please stay tuned as RPSM learns more about me. I'm neutered, UTD on all my shots, HW, and FT. I have a microchip in case I get lost and will require a fenced in yard, either physical or underground to keep me safe. RPSM recommends homes with children 6 years and older. If you are interested in adopting me please fill out an application today by going to www.rpsm.org. My adoption fee $175. (Less)

Spitz Dogs can make good pets in Michigan if they match your IifestyIe. The Spitz was one of the first types of dogs to be domesticated. Spitzes closely resemble wolves. Spitz-type dogs are often used for guarding, sledding, hunting, and family companions. Most Spitzes make wonderful pets and do well with children. Spitzes include breeds such as the German Spitz, Keeshond, Akita, American Eskimo Dog, Alaskan Malamute, and Siberian Husky. Many Spitzes prefer cooler climates, like to have a job to do, and are best suited for homes with large yards.
