Meet Quinn, an adorable 8 month old doll baby! Quinn is the sweetest 25 lb mixed breed boy. Quinn was caught in a trap by animal control and ended up at the county shelter. Diamonds in the Ruff fell in love with that precious face immediately. Quinn has been neutered, microchipped, and received his initial vaccinations. He has also been started on monthly flea/tick & heartworm prevention. The Mighty Quinn has settled right into house living. He is 100% house & crate trained. He gets along well with other dogs. He would really (really) like to 'play' with the cat but doesn't want to hurt it. He loves people; he'll sit on your lap ... (Read More)or lay at your feet. His goal in life is to sleep in bed with his human family; he hasn't been able to do that yet - but watch out! Quinn is a high energy puppy. He needs an active family who will work & play with him. He's a very smart boy; he knows how to sit, down, come, roll over, shake, & low crawl. This little mind needs and wants stimulation. Fenced in yard required! Please go to our webpage - www.ditrnc.com Adoption requirements & application process listed there. Also application available online. (Less)

PIease Read Before Adopting a Spitz in North Carolina
Spitz Dogs can make good pets in North Carolina if they match your IifestyIe. The Spitz was one of the first types of dogs to be domesticated. Spitzes closely resemble wolves. Spitz-type dogs are often used for guarding, sledding, hunting, and family companions. Most Spitzes make wonderful pets and do well with children. Spitzes include breeds such as the German Spitz, Keeshond, Akita, American Eskimo Dog, Alaskan Malamute, and Siberian Husky. Many Spitzes prefer cooler climates, like to have a job to do, and are best suited for homes with large yards.
